Privacy policy
The short version: we do not ask you to sign up, we do not sell data, and our calculators run entirely in your browser.
What we collect
SimplyCompare has no user accounts and no login. We do not ask for your name, email or phone number to use any calculator or comparison on this site.
We may collect anonymous, aggregated analytics such as page views, approximate region and referring source, to understand which pages are useful.
Calculators and your inputs
Everything you type into a calculator, such as your electricity bill, room size or your child age and weight, is processed in your browser and is never sent to our servers or stored by us.
Your comparison selections are stored locally in your own browser (localStorage) so the compare tray survives page changes. Clearing your browser data removes them.
Cookies and third parties
We use minimal cookies and local storage for site functionality. Outbound affiliate links to partners such as Amazon may set their own cookies once you land on their site, governed by their privacy policies, not ours.
If we introduce advertising in future, this page will be updated before it goes live.
Your rights and contact
Because we do not hold personal accounts or profiles, there is generally no personal data of yours for us to export or delete. If you believe we hold information about you, write to hello@simplycompare.in and we will respond.
This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
